Low Carb Cocoa Powder Chocolate Pound Cake
4 eggs ½ cup butter, melted ½ cup Anthony’s Erythritol ¼ cup Anthony’s Cocoa Powder ⅓ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour ½ cup Anthony’s Almond Flour ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease a 7.5”x3.5” loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, butter, erythritol, and cocoa; mix well. Add the coconut flour, almond flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Transfer to prepared. Bake for about 35 minutes. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
