Low Carb Brownies
1 egg ½ cup butter, melted ⅔ cup Anthony’s Almond Flour ⅔ cup Anthony’s Cocoa Powder ⅔ cup Anthony’s Erythritol ⅓ cup chocolate chips ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease a 8”x8” glass baking dish. In a mixing bowl, mix together the egg and butter. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, chocolate chips, and salt; mix well. Transfer to the baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool, cut, and enjoy.
