Place the egg whites & cream of tartar in a standing mixture and beat the egg whites for 1 minute or until frothy.
Next, add the white sugar to the egg white mixture and beat for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar to the egg white mixture and beat for 8-10 minutes.
While the topping mixes, add the coconut milk to a cup and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Next, add the ginger, cloves, nutmeg, reishi, and coconut oil to the coconut milk and stir to combine.
Once the topping is done mixing, add desired amount to the top of the eggnog and stick a cinnamon stick on top.
Serve and enjoy.
