Date Cashew Bars
10 dates 1 cup of Anthony’s Goods Raw Cashews 2 T Anthony’s Goods Coconut Oil 5 grams of beef gelatin ¼ cup of dairy free chocolate chips
In a food processor, add the dates, cashews, and coconut oil. Process the ingredients until combined. Next, add the beef gelatin and chocolate chips. Process the mixture until combined. Dump the mixture into a loaf pan and press the mixture down to form an even and compact layer. Place the pan into the freezer for one hour. Once the hour has passed, remove the pan from the freezer and cut into 8 bars. Store the left-over bars in the refrigerator.
