Crunchy Seed Crackers
• ¾ cup bread flour • ½ cup whole wheat flour • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Goods Pumpkin Seeds • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Goods Sunflower Seeds • 1 tbsp poppy seeds • 1 tsp salt • ¼ cup olive oil • 6 tbsp water • Garlic powder, to sprinkle on top
Whole wheat flour and crunchy seeds give these garlic powder sprinkled crackers a wonderful flavor. Enjoy them with dips or alongside your favorite soups. 1. Preheat the oven to 325F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, seeds and salt. 3. Add the olive oil and water and knead for a few minutes until all of the ingredients are well combined. 4. Roll the dough into a thin rectangle and use a knife or pizza butter to cut it into squares or rectangles. Sprinkle the tops with garlic powder. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown around the edges. 6. Let cool before enjoying.
