Combine 1/3 cup of water with 1/3 cup Heavy Cream Powder & mix until thoroughly combined.
Place the container of heavy cream into the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, add the heavy cream powder to a bowl with the powdered sugar, cornstarch, & egg white powder.
Beat the cream mixture until combined.
Next, layer the cream with banana slices and coconut into serving dishes.
Place the serving dishes into the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
Continue to chill the dessert in the refrigerator if you are not serving it right away.
