Ingredients

Crust Ingredients:

30 g. Anthony’s Goods Pea Protein Powder
¼ c. Anthony’s Goods Chickpea Flour
½ c. Anthony’s Goods Almond Flour
¼ c. Anthony’s Goods Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1 egg
basil, oregano, parsley, or any other flavors you like
Sprinkle of salt
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
½ c. homemade Cashew Milk using Anthony’s Goods Raw Cashews

Pizza toppings:

Dairy-Free Cheese
Pizza Sauce
Turkey Pepperoni
Scallions

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add all crust ingredients to a medium bowl.
Stir all of the ingredients to combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop the pizza dough onto the parchment paper and shape into a pizza crust.
Place the baking sheet with the pizza dough into the oven.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Add the pizza sauce, pepperoni, and dairy-free cheese to the top of the crust.
Return the pizza to the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the toppings are cooked through.
Remove the pizza from the oven and cut into slices.
Sprinkle the scallions on the pizza and serve immediately.
