Ingredients
• 12 oz bag of broccoli florets • ⅓ cup dried cranberries • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Goods Raw Sunflower Seeds • 1 medium apple, quartered and sliced (we used Gala) • ¼ cup olive oil • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tbsp honey • 1 clove garlic, minced • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Sunflower seeds add a pleasant crunch to this sweet and salty side salad–a healthy addition to any meal. 1. In a large bowl, add the broccoli florets, dried cranberries, sliced apple and sunflower seeds. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing: olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper. 3. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve!
