⅓ cup Anthony’s Goods Raw Sunflower Seeds

1 medium apple, quartered and sliced (we used Gala)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
Sunflower seeds add a pleasant crunch to this sweet and salty side salad–a healthy addition to any meal.1. In a large bowl, add the broccoli florets, dried cranberries, sliced apple and sunflower seeds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing: olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve!
