TOTAL TIME
Ingredients
• 2 cups fresh blueberries, washed and dried • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tbsp honey • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 tsp water • ½ tsp Anthony’s Goods French Lavender Petals, ground
Instructions
Ever tried making your own fruit leather? Though the baking time is long (and will vary depending on the lowest temp available in your oven), you’ll love enjoying the fruit of your labor. 1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Preheat the oven to the lowest temperature possible (for us, that was 170F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and use a rubber spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle. 3. Bake for several hours, checking once every 30 minutes, until the center of the tray is dry to the touch. 4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into strips. Roll up the strips and store leftovers in the fridge.
