Ingredients

Brownie layer:

1/3 cup Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, softened
1/4 cup Anthony's Erythritol
1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk
1/4 cup Anthony's Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Anthony's Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons Anthony's Cacao Nibs

Cookie dough layer:

1/4 cup softened butter
3 tablespoons Anthony's Erythritol
1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk
1/3 cup Anthony's Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons Anthony's Cacao Nibs

Instructions

Brownie layer:

In a mixing bowl, cream together the coconut oil and erythritol.
Add the milk and mix well.
Add the remaining brownie layer ingredients and mix well.
Press into the bottom of an 8"x8" glass baking dish.

Cookie dough layer:

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and erythritol.
Add the milk and mix well.
Add the remaining cookie dough ingreidents and mix well.
Press in the pan over the brownie layer.
Chill until set and cut into bars.
