Ingredients
1/2 banana, mashed 1/4 cup oil 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 cup cooked Anthony's Quinoa* 1 cup Anthony's Blanched Almond Flour 3 tablespoons Anthony's Brown Rice Flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 2. Grease a large cookie sheet. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the banana, oil, and maple syrup and mix well. 4. Add the quinoa, almond flour, brown rice flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. 5. Stir in the chocolate chips. 6. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto the baking sheet and flatten a bit. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
