When we were testing this product, we brought in our butter expert, who when to Butter University, not Butter State (I mean, sorry, but there is a difference), and his comment on the powder was, "Tip, top." That's it, he didn't say anything else. When we pushed him for an more info and he just kept quiet. Finally, we said, just answer us this one question, in your expert opinion, "Do you think this is the most delicious, scrumdiddlyumptious butter that you've ever tasted?" 

He sat, contemplating the question, and responded... "You butter believe it!" 

Our Powdered Butter does not need to be refrigerated as it remains fresh at room temperature.
