Ingredients
• 140g Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Butter Chunks • 70g Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tsp cayenne pepper, more for sprinkling • pinch of salt
Instructions
This vegan dark chocolate is bold and spicy, just like you. Store them in the freezer and treat yourself when you’re craving something with a kick. 1. Fill a small saucepan with a few inches of water and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and place a heat-safe bowl on top to create a double boiler. (Make sure the bottom of the bowl is not in direct contact with the boiling water.) 2. Place the cocoa butter chunks in the top bowl and stir until melted. Carefully remove the bowl from the heat (use oven mitts!) and stir in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and salt. Whisk until smooth. 3. Pour the chocolate into molds and freeze for 2 hours, until set. 4. (Optional) Sprinkle more cayenne pepper on top before serving.
