Ingredients
• 3 tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Hibiscus Flowers • 3 cups water • 3 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp orange blossom water • 15-20 leaves mint • Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
This refreshing drink balances out the tartness of hibiscus tea with aromatic orange blossom water, mint and honey. It smells like spring and tastes like summer, but you can happily sip it all year-round. 1. Muddle the mint leaves in a pitcher. 2. Add the hibiscus flowers to the pitcher and pour in the hot water. Let them steep for 10-15 minutes. 3. Strain out the flowers and mint leaves. Add honey, orange blossom water and lime juice. Stir well and refrigerate for 20 minutes until cool. 4. Serve over ice with a sprig of mint.
