Ingredients
Ingredients for the salad: • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped • 3 Persian cucumbers, sliced • 2 large tomatoes, chopped • ¼ red onion, sliced • ⅓ cup Kalamata olives • ⅓ cup feta cheese Ingredients for the dressing: • ¼ cup olive oil • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp red wine vinegar • 2 cloves garlic, minced • ¾ tsp Anthony’s Goods Dried Basil • ¾ tsp dried oregano • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Dried herbs, minced garlic and feta cheese give this classic Greek salad its signature flavor. 1. Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Add the dressing ingredients to a jar and shake to combine. 3. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve!
