Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup Anthony’s Goods Rolled Oats

  • 1⁄4 cup Anthony’s Goods Flaxseed Meal

  • 1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Sunflower Seeds

  • 1 1⁄2 tsp Anthony’s Goods Lavender Petals, ground

  • 1 1⁄2 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1⁄2 cup smooth almond butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • pinch of salt

  • 1⁄4 cup freeze-dried blueberries

Instructions

Flavored with blueberry, lemon and lavender, these chewy energy bites are a zingy, sweet snack made with whole, healthy ingredients.

1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls in the palm of your hands.

2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
