Ingredients

•	1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Beet Juice Powder
•	1 medium lemon, peeled and seeds removed
•	¾ tbsp grated ginger root
•	½ cup water 

Instructions

Ginger and lemon cut the earthiness of beet juice and give these immune-boosting shots a bright, zesty flavor. 

1. Grate ¾ tablespoon's worth of ginger root. (Freezing your ginger makes grating very easy.)

2. Add the ginger, beet juice powder, peeled lemon and water to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

3. Pass the mixture through a strainer to remove the lemon pulp and serve.
