This aromatic spice is the dried bud of a flower that is harvested immaturely and dried to become the woody textured whole clove you know. It is the most common ingredient in spice blends like garam masala and pumpkin spice. It is also used to make teas. Clove’s essential oil, Eugenol, is responsible for its warm and sweet aroma. Easily grind our Whole Cloves into a powder using a coffee grinder or use whole.
