I love Anthony’s products and was excited to find Tiger Nut flour as one of their options. With an almond allergy in the family, TNF closely resembles the texture and absorption of Almond flour, AND I actually prefer it to almond! My usual source for TNF stopped carrying it, and I wasn’t able to find it locally.

Great alternative to oatmeal for AIP diet or just anyone who is staying away from grains. It’s GF too. I cook it easily with water in the microwave and it turns into a dreamy porridge. It is like a dusty light peanut butter taste. I add honey and butter and cinnamon. It has a grittiness that makes it so satisfying to eat. Price is expensive. I wish it was sold in larger bags and at a discounted rate. Shipping is phenomenal from this website.
