No Bake Reishi Brownies

Ingredients
Base- 2 cups dates 2 cups walnuts ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Culinary Grade Cocoa Powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Frosting- 1/3 cup Anthony’s Goods Coconut Oil 2 T raw honey ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Culinary Grade Cocoa Powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Red Reishi Mushroom Powder
Instructions
Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes. Once the dates have softened, remove their pits and discard. Add the dates, walnuts, vanilla, and cocoa powder to a food processor. Blend the base ingredients together until smooth and a dough ball has formed. Place the dough into an 8X8 inch pan and press down in an even layer. Next, add the frosting ingredients to bowl and beat using a mixer until combined. Add the frosting to the top of the base in an even layer. Place the pan into the refrigerator and allow the no bake brownies to chill for 1 hour. Once the brownies have chilled, remove them and cut into 9-12 pieces. Keep the brownies refrigerated in an airtight container until serving or consuming.
