Ingredients
1 cup warm water 2 T lactose free butter, melted 1 tsp salt 1 egg 1 T Anthony’s Goods Dry Malt Powder ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Coconut Sugar 3 cups white whole wheat flour 3 tsp active dry yeast Anthony's Coconut Oil for brushing
Instructions
Place the water, lactose free butter, salt, egg, dry malt, coconut sugar, flour, & active dry yeast into a bread machine. Place the bread machine on the dough setting and let the cycle run. Once the setting is done, remove the dough onto a floured surface. Allow the dough to sit for 5 minutes to rest. Start breaking the dough ball in half so that you have 2 pieces. Keep repeating the half process until you have 12 to 16 rolls. Place the rolls into a 9 X 13-inch pan and brush the tops with melted coconut oil. Place the rolls in a warm place to allow the rolls to rise for 30-40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the roll pan in the pre heated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes. Serve the rolls warm.
