Creamy Coconut Cashew Frosting

1 cup Anthony's Organic Raw Cashews 4 dates 2 Tablespoons Coconut Cream 1 (8oz. container) of Tofu Cream Cheese
Soak 1 cup of cashews and 4 dates in 2 cups of hot water for one hour After soaking, rinse and drain the cashews and dates Remove the pits from the dates Place both cashews and dates in a food processor and blend until smooth Add the coconut cream and tofu cream cheese to the processor and blend until smooth Enjoy!
