Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Cookie Base: 1/3 cup Anthony's Coconut Oil 1/3 cup Anthony's Organic Sugar 1/3 cup Anthony's Peanut Flour 1 egg 1/2 cup Anthony's Buckwheat Flour 1/4 teaspoon salt Frosting: 1/3 cup Anthony's Coconut Oil 1/3 cup Anthony's Peanut Flour 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons Anthony's Cocoa Powder
Cookie Base: Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and grease a 8"x8" glass baking dish. In a mixing bowl, cream together the coconut oil and sugar. Add the peanut flour and egg; mix well. Add the buckwheat flour and salt and mix well. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool. Frosting: In a small mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil and peanut flour. Add the honey and cocoa; mix well. Frost cookie bars and cut.
