Chocolate Mint Fat Bombs
1/2 cup Anthony's Cane Sugar 1 cup Anthony's Blanched Almond Flour 1/4 cup Anthony's Coconut Oil 1-1/2 peppermint extract 3 tablespoons Anthony's Cocoa Powder
In a food processor, process the sugar until powdery. Add the almond flour, coconut oil, peppermint extract, and cocoa powder. Process until buttery. Pour into loaf pan and freeze until set. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
