Ingredients

Chia Apple Crisp
Filling

4 apples, sliced
2 T honey
2 T Anthony’s Goods Coconut Oil, melted

Topping

½ cup Anthony’s Goods Almond Flour
¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Walnuts, chopped
1 T Anthony’s Goods Ground Chia Seeds
1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Ceylon Cinnamon
1 T Anthony’s Goods Pumpkin Seeds
2 T Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut
2 T Anthony’s Goods Coconut Oil, melted
1 T honey
1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together the sliced apples, coconut oil, and honey in a bowl.
Add the mixture to a greased 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan.
Next, in another bowl combine almond flour, walnuts, ground chia seeds, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.
Mix the topping ingredients together until a dough forms.
Scoop the topping onto the apple mixture, crumbling over the top in an even layer.
Place foil over the top of the baking dish and place the dish into the oven.
Allow the apple crisp to cook for 30 minutes covered and once the 30 minutes are up, allow the apple crisp to cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
Remove the apple crisp from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
