Ingredients
Fruit- 16 oz frozen berries ½ cup white sugar ½ cup white flour Crumb topping- ½ cup flour ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup oats 1 cup Anthony’s Goods Butter Powder 3 T water
Instructions
Grease and 8x8in pan and preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add the frozen fruit, sugar, and flour into a bowl and stir together to coat the fruit. Scoop the fruit mixture into the pan. Next, add the putter powder and 3 T of water to a bowl and mix together until softened butter forms. Add the flour, brown sugar, and oats to the butter mixture and mix together until crumbly. Evenly distribute the crumb mixture over the top of the fruit mixture. Place the pan into the oven and allow the cobbler to bake for 30 minutes or until the fruit is tender and the top is starting to brown. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the dish to cool before serving
