Strawberry Pistachio Chia Pudding
1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk 3 tablespoons Anthony's Organic Cane Sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup Anthony's Chia Seeds 1/4 cup chopped pistachios 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
In a mixing bowl, mix together the coconut milk, sugar, vanilla, and chia. Let sit until thickened. Divide into serving cups; top with pistachios and strawberry preserves. Serve immedietely.
